-Report from Erica/Orton date, Mark announces 04 won't be there tonight.

-Orton comes to the ring to brag that he gave it to Erica so hard she couldn't walk to come to work tonight. Kidman comes out and says he doesn't care if Orton GOES DOWN for Erica, but the Prime Champion will DAMN sure GO DOWN for the COUNT when he's done with him! Orton says he remembers looking at Kidman's disappointed face at the Armageddon Hell in the Cell weeks ago, remembers seeing that pain of being a LOSER in Kidman's eyes...and says he'll take Kidman on anytime, anywhere so he can see that look again! Adam pops on on the Iconotron, and notes that we still don't have a Prime Championship Match for Ignition on Sunday, due to the limited time he and Erica have had to properly book the show. HOWEVER, it's turning out great anyway, and a nice Grudge Match for the Prime Title between Kidman and Orton would be just the ticket! He signs the match, Kidman is happy, Orton, is miserable and complains...only to be told by Adam that he can easily strip the title if Orton refuses to defend it when told to do so. Orton apologizes nervously and tells Kidman while the Stud may have gotten lucky with the Chairwoman over the weekend, Kidman won't be so lucky on Sunday!

-Darkness d. Dudley Boys, No. 1 Contender, will face Hype at Ignition.

-Spike runs in to help his brothers, and lives up to his name by being driven with a HARD slam onto the mat by Infinity, as Nightmare gets the pin on D-Von. The Darkness raise their arms in victory, then both fold their arms and look down, synchronized. The lights go down, and when they flicker back on, the ring is filled by a green smoke and Infinity and Nightmare are gone! Bubba has been outside the ring, knocked down, and he comes to and climbs in the ring, angry. He looks at Spike, lying motionless, and shakes his head in disgust. D-Von gets up and Bubba tells D-Von to GET THE TABLE!! D-Von looks down at Spike, looks up at Bubba, and walks up the ramp, shaking his head at Bubba's request. Bubba kicks Spike in the ribs and follow D-Von up the ramp.

-Due to an unknown video problem last week, we're told by Mean Mark, we'll be checking in on what's happened between Trish and Victoria in their quest (well, Trish's quest) to restore Victoria's memory (and pretty much save her own hot ass from constant attacks). We're told the two left for Maui at 8AM last Tuesday and the lights go out as the video starts up on the Iconotron.

-Video fades up on a graphic reading "Tuesday." We see Trish and Victoria on a plane, sitting together. Trish is eating her dinner and Victoria is panting, glaring at her mortal enemy. Trish looks over and reminds Victoria not to do anything crazy, that the point of this trip is to talk out their problems and try to return Victoria to health. Victoria says she understands. Trish goes back to her meal, and Victoria's is delivered. She sniffs it, then looks at Trish and SMASHES the hot meal into Trish's face! Trish screams and Victoria begins to beat on her foe as we fade out..."Wednesday"...Trish asleep in her bed in the early morning, tilt up to reveal Victoria staring at her from across the room, breathing heavily. Victoria slowly gets up, tip-toes across the room, grabs a pillow, and BEGINS TO SMOTHER TRISH! Trish wiggles and struggles to get away (which is really hot because she's wearing next-to-nothing)...and finally the cameraman puts down the camera and pulls Victoria off of Trish..."Thursday"...Trish and Victoria are at a souvenir shop. Trish buys Victoria a novelty conch shell with the name "Victoria" painted on it! Aww. Victoria looks shocked that Trish would give her a gift...she looks at the shell, stunned, then back up at Trish's eyes. Trish uncomfortably smiles, and Victoria grabs her head. She mutters something about remembering a beach vacation with Trish years back...and Trish encourages her to recall more details about it. Victoria says she remembers they were rooming together...sharing a bed in a small room...and sitting on the table was a shell with the name "Trish" painted on it that she had bought for her then-friend! She remembers! She remembers the old Victoria, the happy Victoria who didn't pant and drool and try to murder people in their sleep! Trish and Victoria jump up and down and hug! YAY! ..."Thursday Night"...the two wish eachother good night, and Trish rolls over to sleep. Victoria sits up slowly, looking at Trish with a strange smile. She tip-toes over...climbs on top of Trish in the bed and Trish begins screaming as Victoria holds her arms down, pinning her to the bed! Trish screams for Victoria not to hurt her, they're friends again!! Victoria leans in to Trish's face and hisses, "Oh, no...we're not friends, Trish." Victoria kisses Trish passionately as Trish's eyes get huge in suprise! "We're more than friends...but it looks like YOU'VE forgotten just how close we USE to BE!" Victoria begins to make out with Trish again, and Trish tries to resist, but slowly gives in! The camerman passes out, camera smashes to the ground to white noise. END OF CLIP!

(Crowd pops HUGE for the last scene, boos when the clip ends. King has 3 simultaneous heart attacks and we go to commerical!)

-Dreamer v. Benoit (c), Extreme Championship Rematch.

-They stay at ringside for the entire match, using weapons, trading blows, and generally being Extreme. Eventually, Dreamer takes control and drags Benoit to the top of the ramp, then looks up to the Iconotron, which he begins to CLIMB! However...RVD interferes, knocking Dreamer down to the steel stage below. Tazz and Spike run in to even the odds for the good guys a bit, Spike whacks Benoit with a steel chair and Tazz and RVD begin trading blows all the way to the backstage area. Spike pulls Dreamer on top of Benoit for the pin! Dreamer wins the Extreme Title after a hard-fought, but cheap match with lots of inteference, just days before his match against Raven for the Fusion Title at Ignition. The crowd doesn't care how it happened...a Horseman was defeated, and they LOVE Tommy Dreamer!

-Mr. America v. Big Show, Steel Cage Rematch

-Mr. A is out first, slamming the fans and dissing the country, disgracing the flag, etc. Show comes out to a mild pop, and as he is entering the cage, Mr. America begins to climb the side to escape already! Show laughs, runs full-steam and charges his huge shoulder into the cage, knocking Mr. America off for a fall from nearly the top of the cage and giving Show and early advantage! Mr. America gets back to his feet and runs at Show, smashing the beast in his chest and head with forearms shots...until Show, unphased by any of Mr. A's offense, grabs A by the head and holds him back as he swings at Show, like a little kid. Show laughs at Mr. America and the crowd pops and laughs at the sight. Show shoves Mr. America down by his head, and drops a big elbow on his opponent. Show picks A up, holds him high in the air, and tosses him straight up for a Gorrilla Press! Mr. America is down, and Show takes to the side of the cage! He begins climbing, and as he reaches the top, Mr. America shakily stands up, climbs the ropes, and grabs Show's foot! Show shakes his foot, trying to shake Mr. A off, and America falls to the mat hard! Show climbs to the top, but instead of escaping, WOBBLY, he STANDS UP ON THE TOP OF THE CAGE, CROUCHES DOWN, AND HOPS UP FOR A 20-FOOT BIG SHOW MOONSAULT!!!!!!!!111 He hits the mat (AND MR. AMERICA) with a THUD, and the run CAVES IN IN THE MIDDLE UNDER THEM! The crowd is chanting "HOLY SH*T!" and "EC-DUB!" and the place erupts as the cage slowly begins to collapse, eventually falling over the collapsed ring! After a few more seconds on tension and cheering, a hand comes up from the heap of rubble...and Big Show stands up, powering the cage walls off of him and roaring as he fights his way up the incline to the ring apron! The crowd is cheering him like mad, and he eventually works his way to the side of the ring, where he rolls off, onto the floor, for the AMAZING WIN! Mr. America is still motionless in the collapse in the middle of the ring, and EMTs run past Show towards the ring as the crowd cheers and we fade to commercial!

-Tazz v. Douglas, 2 Out of 3 Falls, Spec. Refs: Bubba Ray & D-Von Dudley.

-EPIC MATCH! The two are greats of the ring, using technical and power moves to great effect, and, though Tazz takes the first pinfall, Douglass hits Tazz, who is jumping off the top turnbuckle, with a STIFF kick to the face that makes the crowd groan! Score is tied 1-1, and Douglas goes for another pin, but Tazz kicks out somehow. Douglas is frustrated, picks Tazz up, whips him to the corner, and begins a flurry of Flair Chops. Tazz is being cheered by the crowd, and begins a slow come-back, pushing Douglas into the turnbuckle chest-first and nailing the TAZZPLEX! Tazz has Shane out for the count, and the Dudleys...stop at 2-count and 3-D Tazz!! They fast-count Douglas and celebrate with the groggy winner in the ring. Spike runs down, wondering what's going on (and to avenge his friend, Tazz), and is given the Pittsburgh Plunge by Douglas as soon as he jumps in the ring. New Extreme Champ Tommy Dreamer runs down with intensity to a BIG POP, and begins to clear the ring! Knocking down the 3 heels repeatedly. The crowd loves it, but Dreamer's Ignition opponent, Raven, runs down and hits Dreamer from behind with the Fusion Title, allowing the Dudley brothers to get to their feet and begin working over the Innovator of Violence. As the show ends, Raven, Douglas and the Dudleys stand over the carcasses of Dreamer, Tazz and Spike, celebrating their evil win. The heels all spit on the babyfaces and leave with big smiles and a chorus of boos from the crowd as Mark and King plug how great Ignition is going to be Sunday and Explosion fades out!
